This picturesque beachfront inn is just two quiet blocks north of downtown San Pedro, where you'll encounter Belize's warm, friendly culture and find great shops and restaurants. Relax by the beach, by the private pool, or on the third floor sundeck. Your stay also includes a half-day kayak rental for two! Inquire about their sailboat-the Sirena Azul, to experience an inspiring sunset sail or snorkel tour. Scuba diving and inland tours are also available.

The Blue Tang Inn provides lovely accommodations with a kitchen in the room and a relaxing hammock on the porch outside your room. There are several tour options you can choose from for additional fees at various levels and the concierge was extremely helpful with providing coordination for the excursions we chose. Gripoix glass was invented in Paris in the late 1890's by the Gripoix family. Their business and the technique was made popular by Coco Chanel to her create her beloved Byzantine style jewelry, which required colorful and customizable bold glass stones. The tradition and style continues into the looks of Chanel's jewelry through the decades.
